Overview

SORE Ramen & Yakitori Fatmawati stands out as a refined destination for lovers of authentic Japanese cuisine in the heart of South Jakarta. Nestled on Jl. RS. Fatmawati Raya, this restaurant artfully combines the simplicity of traditional ramen with the smoky allure of yakitori, creating a balanced menu that caters to both ramen enthusiasts and skewered meat aficionados.

The main highlight here is undoubtedly their ramen, which captures the essence of rich, slow-cooked broths paired with perfectly textured noodles. Complementing this are their yakitori selections—each skewer grilled to tender, smoky perfection, offering a satisfying contrast to the warmth of the soup. The interplay of these dishes reflects a thoughtful homage to the Japanese dining experience.

Beyond the food, the ambiance at SORE Ramen & Yakitori is inviting yet modern, designed to attract a diverse crowd from casual diners to food connoisseurs seeking an intimate but lively setting. The space is well-curated, promoting comfort and a touch of minimalistic elegance that enhances the meal without overwhelming the senses.

Strategically located in Cipete Selatan, Cilandak, the restaurant is easily accessible for locals and visitors alike. Whether one is stopping by for a quick lunch or settling in for a relaxed dinner, SORE offers a consistent and memorable culinary experience grounded in Japanese tradition yet tailored for Jakarta’s vibrant dining scene.

The ramen has a flavorful, creamy broth, and the yakitori is surprisingly thick and tasty. Their kiwi ocha is a fun twist, its basically ocha with a hint of kiwi and slight sweetness. The gyoza is also worth trying, its crispy on the outside, soft and juicy on the inside. Also, its just a short walk from MRT Cipete, making it super convenient

I recommend the rooftop seating. Went here shortly after sunset and it was pretty. They apply a minimum payment order if you go for the rooftop seating, but it's very sensible. The food was good. I liked the ramen. Everything was sensible. Nothing out of the ordinary. But sadly the side dishes came way too late, after I've finished the ramen.. :( Would I come back? I don't think so.. I need a bigger, heavier portion. But it was a good visit for a quick ramen craving solution.

Affordable ramen resto in Jakarta. Nice place as well. Love the decoration and interior. Bit narrow but still can accommodate several groups. However, sometimes the taste isn’t consistent enough. Free refill ocha and love the momo satay. The nori is crispy and tasty. The entrance is located on the side not at the front.

Japanese cuisine with relatively affordable price; and more importantly, you'll be at the place where the Southern kids hang out. The food was okay and the service was very nice too. Even though I didn't think that the taste was authentic but it was good at least. I'd say this is the best option if you want to spend time until midnight with tasty Japanese foods without breaking your wallet.

Best spot here is on the rooftop. However the set a minimum purchase if you want to sit down on the rooftop area. One table one payment, cannot be split. The minus of this rooftop area is that the lack of electricity plugs and there is no free WIFI for you here. In my opinion, with the price that we have paid to get here, we deserve those things sih. I hope they will improve ya in the future about it. Anyway, the food is really good kok, so ya.. it's not disappointing.

The Japanese-bar (known as Izakaya) nuance that brings a new atmosphere that worth for try. At first, i thought that the AC was too hot from the upstair vibe, until i was embraced that all of the room is comforting me with its balanced-room temperature. The food was quite well. I'm ordering the "tan-tan" ramen, with its delightful creamy taste and it will be much better if you add some chili oils for more heartwarming feeling. I also ordered the kiwi ocha that what i think its the best beverages there, and ordering the mushroom yakitori (i forgot the name ahaha) that completing my dish. Another thing that i want to appreciate is about the great service staff that always giving me smile everytime they bringing me my FnBs. Please keep it good!

We came here around Friday prayer so the service was quick. The creamy ramen was a bit too sweet for my liking. The kare ramen was nice. Regular portions were enough for our.hungry stomach. Chicken nanban was so so. Yet the pricy is quite worth it.
